I might be able to. I gave this helmet along with most of my large military collection to an auctioneer to sell. They couldn’t identify it, and I had so much stuff I forgot what it was. If my memory is correct, that sounds right. I will see if they can send me another picture, thank you! -

I believe that sometimes the Type A is referred to as the Wounds for Veterans, and the type B is for wounds or illness for Civil Service employees. Don't really know. Dave -

This looks like a Franco Prussian war medal, anybody tell me what the ribbon signifies? Usually, the ribbons on those are just black, white and red, but this one has blue also. Is the medal a veterans medal for serving in the Franco prussian war? I have yet to find a medal like this one with my research. -
