I just acquired this neat little DDAC sales pamphlet. I thought I'd share it with you.

If you have future items in mind that you are wanting to purchase you may want to post images here prior to purchasing in order to get the items vetted, rather than find out after purchasing you wasted money on a fake.   Good luck with your collection   Leigh

Thanks for the information. I feel good on the purchase. I am a young collector and I don’t know everything. Just making sure I’m getting good authentic items.

A good size for display and exhibit. Not too large/small. This would be a tad bit smaller than a vehicle marker sized banner/flag which would measure approximately 40" x 79".  I have also seen some that are 27.5" x 38" as well.   I would have no issues adding this flag to my collection.   Leigh

The size is 58 inches by 40 inches. It is a double sided one also.

Looks like a nice banner. With both ends reinforced (hoist end and fly end) it looks almost like an unfinished vehicle recognition banner where the only thing missing are the grommets. What is the size of this banner? The stitching of the roundel is consistent with Third Reich era sewing methods. It looks as if the white fabric of the roundel was not cut in a perfect circle and there was some excess white cloth that appears to have been folded under and the roundel sewn to the fabric. I presume this is a one sided banner?     Leigh

Thank you very much PRIDE! I would love to find one of those solid brass ones like in the 3rd picture.  I have 2 of the steel buckles.

Hi, I found this badge online, looks checkoslovakian, if you google this you will find the same badge:   Rukávový rozlišovací odznak - typ 1919 - technická pracovní setnina   Unfortunatly, i'm not able to find other info, but is a first step... 😉

Thanks for posting your eagle. I have one exactly like it and have had it since the late 80's. Bought it at an antique store. I was hoping it was an original.

Honestly, it almost looks like a US Garrison cap with a heer patch sewn on

The cut doesn’t conform to what you normally see on an army overseas cap and the aluminum piping usually has a material backing.

My gut is telling me this is most likely fake, but what do you all think? No tags or manufacture markings inside. There are some very faint writing on inside of it, but it is extremely faded. Just want to be sure, thank you.
