Here's a shot from a FB Panzer page. Clearly looks like a grey feldmutze on the guy helping to fix the track. -

I have been buying medals for a little bit now and do quite a bit of research on the particular parts of them as I really do love to find ALL genuine ww2 parts to a medal. But recently i have been questioning some stuff I see online and my research sometimes contradicts itself. Here i have an US AIR MEDAL and another one that has a certain brooch on them and claims to be WW2 era issue...mmmmm the way its wrapped doesnt sit with me well... I think these are later, maybe korea or Vietnam? What is the consensus on these types of brooches...WW2 or no?? -

Picked this up at s second hand shop today. I believe it's an early FN m1922 7.65 magazine. We're alli TR mags waffenamt marked, or is this a civilian model? Thanks -

This flag probably has little to do with the military. By the way, the upper and lower directions are reversed. There are 4 kanji characters designed in the center, indicating "【共存同栄】Kyo-Zon-Dou-Ei". The word is the slogan of Ube City【宇部市】, a local government in JP. Generally speaking, companies and regions coexist and flourish in the same way. -

No, I thought one of the first pages written in large kanji would have the name of the soldier in the family that the book was presented to. Mark sends
