After many years of searching I found this brass, Soviet made Cuban belt buckle. I would love to find another but I'm happy with this one. It looks like it's been through a war or two. It will only take a leather belt. -

hello, without knowing what is written on it, I would say $400 is a retail price. Now if says something related to a specific unit that can maybe be traced back to something then it could be worth a lot more. If you like it and do not have one, I would say maybe offer $350. But you won't be 'taking a bath' on it at $400. Sorry if this does not help. -
